Permission Management

The Permission Management section is used to manage organizational structures and access rights in optiCLOUD. Here, you can specify which users are allowed to access which projects, devices, dashboards, or data.

The section is divided into four topics:

  • Projects for structuring a tenant into hierarchical sub-areas
  • Users for managing user accounts within the tenant
  • User Permissions for assigning individual rights on a project-specific basis
  • Permission Templates for reusing predefined permission profiles

The combination of projects, users, and permission structures creates the foundation for controlled, traceable access to content and functions in optiCLOUD.
