Activate certificate check

To activate the check, the parameter ssl_accept_all_certificates must be set to false and saved in the ini file on the device /sdi/config/omCloudService.ini via SSH connection. After restarting the device, the optiCLOUD server certificate is now checked when the connection is established.

If the check fails, HTTPS communication between the device and server is not possible.
